Monday, March 23rd, 2009

Visual thinking and visual explanations are finding their feet in traditional business thinking, slowly yet surely.

Alex Osterwalder is the author @ http://business-model-design.blogspot.com/ and has created this presentation about drawing your business model along with Xplane – the leader’s in Visual Communication. :)

The presentation needs to be seen in full screen mode.

It shows how can a business model be drawn and raises a pertinent question as to why should it be drawn?

Look at the slide containing the complete business model. It is one snapshot covering the entire business and try thinking of it words and you’d have your business plan.

1 Slide = The complete Business Model. That’s the power of Visual Thinking. :)

How do apply it to our lives, apart from just Business, is now long overdue and is a presentation from Ken Watanabe’s book – Problem Solving 101. Hang on people! It is on its way! :)
